Ranking EVERY Theme Park in Florida

Florida is one of the hotspots around the world for amusement and theme parks. It has pretty much any type of park you could ask for from the big boys like the Disney and Universal parks to hole-in-the-wall parks like Funspot Orlando and in this video, I'm gonna rank all of them.

What I learned from this video is that enthusiast channels love putting “Theme Park” in their channel name.

I'm sad there was no mention of the ET ride at Universal. It has the best queue with all the trees and nature sounds and that amazing smell of fresh fallen rain. It's so peaceful and relaxing inside it's a great escape from the busy-ness of the crowds outside.

This is an amazing video. You’ve outdone yourself here. This is my ranking of the Florida parks I’ve been to.
5. Legoland Florida - Great family park
4. Universal Studios Orlando - Really great park but it needs some new stuff that isn’t a screen ride.
3. SeaWorld Orlando - Excellent but I like the parks above more
2. Busch Gardens Tampa - Gorgeous park with amazing animals and a fantastic coaster collection especially with Iron Gwazi opening up.
1. Islands of Adventure - It’s the perfect mix with amazing thrills and great family rides. Amazing screen rides and it’s a beautiful park as well. This is a legendary park.

In all seriousness though, would argue it should be placed higher just because of the experience. Tokyo DisneySea is widely considered one of the best theme parks in the world, not because of the rides, but because of the landscapes, the scenery, and overall immersion. Strictly speaking, from a number of rides standpoint, both parks aren't great, but if you look at what you're actually going to the park for, the animals, all the walkthrough experiences, and the shows, it's a pretty solid experience. Plus, almost all the rides in Animal Kingdom are very very high quality.

Again just my opinion on this, but I think it was judged by a single category rather than the whole experience in this case.

Fellow Orlando resident here!! I've been to all the parks mentioned in the video hundreds of times, with BGT being my absolute favorite. That park cemented my love for roller coasters, with Kumba being my absolute favorite in Florida. SeaWorld is also CRIMINALLY underrated, and I'm actually one of those weirdos that only go to ride the coasters. 😅 I've ridden Mako more times than any other coaster and I personally find it to be on par with Velocicoaster as the best in Orlando. Dueling Dragons was what made me a coaster fan, BGT was what made me a coaster enthusiast, and Mako was what helped me overcome my fear of letting go of the restraint. Now I always have my hands up! (:

Gringotts is criminally underrated. Yes it relies heavily on screens, but the way they blend the theming with the little bit of thrills is about as good as it gets. Case in point: the part near the end where the dragon is pulling you up out of the vaults is where they use the launch and it’s seamless. A lot of people don’t even realize there’s a launch. Yes, it’s a launched Intamin coaster.

The theming in diagon alley around gringotts is also incredible. The interactive spots that respond to their overpriced wands, Knockturn alley, the ice cream place, etc. just for Diagon Alley alone, this park deserves more credit.

There are a few lame rides at universal Orlando (*cough* Jimmy Fallon, *cough* Fast and the Furious), but between Diagon Alley, the Mummy, Men in Black, and a few other decent attractions this park is as good or better than most Disney parks.
