So I must apologize for missing the best passive for the ANDREWSARCHUS saddle which is being IMMUNE to radiation and me being me recorded it all and voice it over and everything but somehow completely forgot to add it to the video! Huge apologies, I wish I had noticed it when I proofed watched the video!

Everyone forgets the best 1st the Pego 😆 Just tame it and set it on wander. It will then gather you items like bolas, boomerangs, bullets and simple pistols. Really good for the beach bob to get early access to that stuff

One more tip about the sinomacrops: they don't just have a 75% weight reduction, they're also the only shoulder pet you can access their inventory while wearing them, just like how you access a mount while riding. That makes them even more useful as a backpack.

Dire Bears are by far one of my favorite tames. They hit in the same damage category as a Rex, can attack while moving at full speed, swim decently well, provide an insulation bonus when you're near them, and can gather so many basic resources well. It's my go to for getting around the non-radiation areas on Aberration, as they're pretty easy to find and not hard to build a trap for(also honey isn't too bad to get in the green zone of Aberration)

If your daeodon is hungry and you need to wait for it to eat all its food, put tons of food in its inventory and go out of render and back in. It should eat all of the meat instantly

This is a GREAT video!! I SO wish I had something like this when I started. I thought they had nerfed the otter when it came to carrying 2 artifacts so I stopped bringing mine in, but it's nice to hear that it still works!

Damn…. That was overwhelming! Just tamed my first pet & wasn’t aware of all this. Definitely will rewatch and revisit countless times! Ty

Great video man! I've got just over 5k hours in the game and I still learned a couple of things with the newer dinos! 😆

I like that you go straight to the point. Alot of the super large ark creators ramble for super long

My favorite autofarms:

-Tame at least one mating pair of kairuku, hesperornis, or mantis (preferably all or at least multiple females) leave them on stationary breeding with a dimetrodon and caged or rocked oviraptor nearby, and get a few hyaenodons with meat packs on aggressive (obviously this works better in a confined area). As soon as babies are born and left unclaimed, the yeens will kill and harvest them automatically. And since the meat packs act as a portable fridge, spoil times on the prime meat and organic polymer should be lower, giving you more time to pick them up for use.

-Similarly, I like to make a "Colosseum" for leveling up. Get a breeding pair of whatever gives good exp, obviously gigas are gonna be your big money if possible, set them on stationary breeding with the same setup of an oviraptor and dimetrodon, and with a lystro for good measure. Then stick the creature you want to level in there on aggressive so it starts auto-killing babies. Automated exp farm! This is really nice for underleveled creatures or for boss prep, without taking up your full time or having to go fight death worms or anything risky. If you want a "baby monitor" you can even stick a parasaur in there on alert mode and it'll go off whenever an unclaimed baby is there.

Note that for both to work smoothly you may have to change your PvE settings in the advanced tab. Certain settings won't let your creatures ping babies as hostiles.

On the Andrewsarchus theres another ability that in my opinion is the best one, the saddle gives immunity to Radiation, very helpful when your getting some Rock Drakes on Fjordur or even Abberation.

Also with maewings, if you leave the babies in its pouches on follow, if the imprint they need is a walk one, it’ll auto do it as they can’t leave the pouch but it still counts as them moving, helpful if your just gonna sit and watch babies grow.

For charge light pets, there's a problem, the Seekers, they will hunt you down if you have a charge light pet, so if you're not using the charge light pets, TURN THEM OFF and be careful for seekers if you are using them
