The account ownership tab has changed location, you need to go under account settings, then ‘your information and permissions’, there you will find the account ownership tab and continue with the steps, very frustrating!

Issue that maybe someone can help with: When I get to "Deactivation or deletion" (and I am in my primary account) I do not see the profile that I want to delete. In your video, at the 0:45 mark, you have two options. I have only one.... the main account. Am I missing a step?
