As someone who hasn’t caught up to this moment yet and has no idea what is going on, I shall explain:
The cow man is throwing dildo drones at Joleyne, who opts to punch him using her stand, only for him to bend reality itself to avoid the blow. This goes in until Cow man gets bored and decides to roll around on the ground, making himself dirty and therefore more powerful. Joleyne is so surprised at his absolute genius that Kakyoin dies again.

Quick explanation: Rikiel (the guy in the cow print outfit) has a Stand that creates and controls “rods”, the little flying drones that move around at high speed and rapidly drain heat from everything nearby.

Jolyne set the strings from her own Stand on fire to stay warm and prevent him from freezing her, so he touched her to catch himself on fire briefly so that, by seeing how the rods perceived his own body and Jolyne’s differently, he could tell where on Jolyne’s body was coldest, and thus most vulnerable: her mouth, which she had left open to breathe.

Thus, he sent some of the rods into Jolyne’s mouth, where they started cooling down her body, and especially her brain; this caused her to start hallucinating, so she couldn’t see where Rikiel was.

Sky High is such a fun arc. It's quotable with all the Apollo 11 stuff Rikiel shouts out, it's nonsensical but still entertaining, and Rikiel is the best of Dio's bastard children, hands down. Best minor villain in Stone Ocean, by far.

Man this fight really made feel nostalgic and happy cuz it did remind me of my first ever experience watching Jojo's and how i was questioning the logic behind everything happening and how i slowly started getting used to it overtime.
