how to stretch a chain link fence

Great Idea. I almost spent 40$ on the device at Home Depot then I thought "what a waste". I just used my ratchet tie downs. I hooked 3 up to the chain link and just tightened each one until it was right. I used something I had for years and didn't spend a dime. I hooked them up to my lawn tractor. I just moved the tractor wherever I needed to.

This was certainly the best approach to stretching the chain link and getting the tension bar in the right place.
