I set the payment as auto-payor the due date was 05/03/2024 but yesterday on 05/03/24 I paid the amount of EMI or NACH charges by the Phonepe.
But today i got a notification on my Phonepe that my payment of EMI got failed but i paid on my DMI loan Id af i paid last time.
Only i want to know if my payment will be refunded or I've to pay again by autopay.
I've registered a complaint on your DCEMI portal also

Hey, I want to register for e-mandate through the dmi app but I cant see the name of my bank that is The Jammu and Kashmir Bank in the name of bank list, I am confused... What am i supposed to do? I tried to do it in the website but thats useless because the website service is very poor, I dont recieve the otp therefore cant login there.

Hi I'm Suganthan, I was trying pre-close loan but coustomer service is very worst they didn't respond even they didn't take call some of them. In app itself they didn't kept pre-close option worst app developed and money view app is way better than dmi finance in software. I want to preclose plz help me to close the loan
