I love that spray sunscreen but I highly highly recommend only using it as a touch up sunscreen to use throughout the day. If you are using that as your only sunscreen you aren’t getting anywhere close to the amount needed to attain the SPF to actually protect your skin. You should be using 1/2 teaspoon on your face and neck. A quick spray on your face isn’t doing much for your skin in the long run.

Omg I just revived that same moisturizer I’m gonna try it tomorrow I’m praying that it doesn’t irritate my skin because my skin is so sensitive 😩I’m excited to use because it’s one of the only dimethicone free moisturizers I could find

The hormonal acne is caused due to body not able able to generate the right hormones at right time. So this can be fixed by sleeping and waking up at the same time everyday. Sleep at 10:30 and wake up at 7:00 everyday, then expose urself to 30 mins sun in morning so body will know its become morning. So this is a simple fix.

Drinking more water and washing your face with tea tree soap has worked wonders for me.

i heard that u cant use benzoyl peroxide with tretinoin? did u experience any bad side effects of using these two together at the same day?
