I have purchased Asus ZenBook UX431FN-AM022T, I have sent this laptop 3 times to the service center. Five hardware parts have been already changed in this laptop. Still, it has lot of problems. It has still issues with the keyboard and mousepad. I lost most of my time because of these issues. Again i registered a complaint but unfortunately the RMA department is not responding at the moment. They are making it very delay as they know my warrenty will over after some days.
