We visit Liqun, a small restaurant hidden away in a Hutong specialising in fried duck bones. Made in China, nestled inside the Grand Hyatt Hotel featuring a grand open kitchen. Jingzun, cooking up some of the most affordable Peking duck in the city. Siji Minfu, situated right next to the Forbidden City that puts a spin on traditional duck condiments. And finally Da Dong Roasted Duck, home of the duck master where we feast on Da Dong's speciality - black caviar and crispy duck skin. Stay at the Peninsula.
Hotel manager at Mandarin Oriental in Taipei recommend us must try Peking duck in Made in China, which located at the Grand Hyatt, that is the most crispy Pekin duck skins we've experienced.
nevertheless your introduction of 大董 definitely must try next time.

THERE IS ONE PLACE OUT OF THE WAY WHERE THIS GREAT CHEF HAS BEEN MAKING THIS FOR DECADES AND STRICTLY ADHERED TO THE ACTUAL ORIGINAL RECIPE. I HAVE HEARD IT'S ONE OF THE BEST IN CHINA!!
