When this series first started, the most technological thing you would see was an office phone. The cops had to ring into places through pay phones on street corners. Now here at the end (or at least the end at the time), they're using mobiles and laptops and they could find the bomb site with the power of technology. It's honestly amazing how quickly technology advanced over those twenty years.

I like how all starts with the parents of a teen trying to stop video of her daughter from a creepy man but I find horrible how the 13 year old think is epic killing people.

To everyone talking about the parents invading her privacy. The dad found the video on the internet. This could have easily been a case of revenge p*** which far too often ends in the death of the child. Don't act like they are bad parents for getting involved.

You know what I found disturbing, is the boy who led the detectives to Moot's site. He's not freaked out that someone is planning on killing people. He didn't tell anyone, he took a piece from the explosion as a trophy, saying the shooting will be epic. Like the whole thing was some kind of game. He needs serious help.

What’s amazing was that at the time they filmed it, they weren’t sure this would be the series finale. But it was, and it still worked. One of the most underrated finales of all time

Ah yes, the original series finale. This was a legitimately great way to close the show out. I know a lot of people hated the final few seconds, but Van Buren deserved a happy ending.

I don't care what you say about bad parenting but if i heard my kid say "it will be a epic. a cool piece of history" after reading that threat and not saying anything as well as taking the pipe bomb that may be unstable with him he'd get the beating of the lifetime.

It turns out to be a teacher and a few others who were unfairly punished because of a students false accusations. The main guy lost his home and girlfriend because of the student.
The whole story reminds me of an animation I saw years ago called There's a Man in the Woods.
