Got this fork on my winter hack hardtail and it's far better than it should be! Does benefit from regular regreasing of the lowers but I'm going to try converting it to an oil bath instead, others have done it and it apparently makes a big difference.

Actually here in the philippines for about 160 dollars you can get a sr suntour epixon fork or a manitou markhor

I would recommend sr suntour epixon for budget forks, its one of the best fork for me

Used to had an old Suntour Epicon 26, is difficult to fine tune it, but excellent behavior for the price, remote lock out, and easy to maintain, and not so often than other premium brands, now riding Marzocchi, better performance but more complicated, the same as a Fox brand

i prefer coil to air, as long as you stick to rockshox or suntour as they do have different springs available. i have a rockshox xc30 with an extra firm spring, it's great.

I am just very lucky to be able to buy a Fox F-series 2011 120mm travel for only 180USD on a clearance sale in my country.

Hi. My rebound on this fork doesn’t seem to work. Is that normal?

A fork should have a rebound adjustment, too.

You can put some self-made volume spacers into the air chamber if there is some space.

Awesome video and THANK YOU for using a MERIDA bike. More videos on the Big Seven 40D and up would be greatly appreciated. Thank you again. 🤔👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸

How do you compare this fork with manitou markhor?

I got a dirtjump bike and it had a rst *_dirt_* coil fork and it was way too soft.
It was made for dirtjumping... Now I just put on ! 29" rockshox 30 air fork and I am planning to actually buy a better fork in the right size.

I'm an older rider and weigh 220lbs. Anything with a spring is a pogo stick. Rockshox TK 30 were a nice pair of....pogo sticks. lol I love my Marz Bombers dual air. Find them used for less than 50 bucks....they work. May have to rebuild them. But I can put 50lbs of pressure in both chambers and hop a 3 foot curb and not feel my bones vibrate like a spring coil. ha ha
