a HNO3+ b Ca(OH)2 = c Ca(NO3)2+ d H2O
H a+2b=2d N a=2c O 3a=6c+d Ca b=c
Let a=1 -i
c=1/2 -ii
d=1 -iii
b=1/2 -iv
To remove 2 from denominator we will multiply 2 from every equation.
so,
a=2
c=1
d=2
b=1
thus, 2HNO3+Ca(OH)2 =Ca(NO3)2+2H2O

NaNO3+PbO=Pb(NO3)2+Na2O
a NaNO3+ b PbO= c Pb(NO3)2+ d Na2O
Na a=2d N a=2c O 3a+b=6c+d Pb b=c
Let a=1 -i
c=1/2 -ii
d=1/2 -iii
b=1/2 -iv
