Samsung refrigerator not cooling,

Is the fuse on the inverter board suppose to be white in the center or clear glass with a thin metal line inside? My fuse looks like yours (white in the middle) and noticed the one on the main board is clear glass. However, my compressors works and all but just my freezer wont freeze. Any idea?

Replaceable fuse went out but we have to replace the whole board??? Did something else break?? Why not replace the fuse that's. 25 cents

My compressor is not working and light does not come as well the cooling is it the fuse
