I think lizard would be at least mid diff. Kraven wanted him to be the one whos gonna kill him before finding venom. He gets stronger and stronger throughout the fight with Peter. Without the antidote he is almost impossible to beat. Even Peter with symbiote couldnt win with him as he regenerates all the time. Of course Venom could beat him and turn him into a symbiote but he would still be a struggle
