Safety Third is a weekly show hosted by William Osman, NileRed, The Backyard Scientist, Allen Pan, Peter Sripol, and a couple other YouTube "Scientists". Sometimes we have guests, sometimes it's just us, but always: safety is our number three priority.

It's such a hard issue to get over that he had to overcorrect, just like how many recovered alcoholics avoid even being around other people who're drinking. He's a cool guy. itt was nice to see him open up.

Dude Nilereds story sounds exactly like a panic attack. breathlessness, unexplained dizziness, feeling like you're dying, etc and the fact that it just went away after a while makes it sounds EXACTLY like when I get panic attacks. and the fact he has a history of anxiety like bro... I'm not a doctor but it sounds really similar to my own experience
