Link confronts Alex about why he hasn’t been happy about finding out Link and Jo know each other from back in the day.

When you realize alex is all sour on Link not because he’s jealous but because he’s angry ‘cause he thought Link didn’t do a thing for jo 💕

Alex wasn’t jealous he was surprised and confused.

Confused because how can Jo have had a great friend like Link and yet still have all that bad stuff happen to her. He thought she was alone in her old life and if she did have friends they would of protected her from Paul.

But then this is what Paul does, his last girlfriend told them that Paul tried to seperate her from her friends, that way there’s no-one to get in his way and help her. He was one sadistic predator.
