I recently moved to a 500 square foot Koreatown studio apartment and I thought I'd share a quick tour of how I decorated the space.

*If you're interested, I'm listing below where I purchased some of my furnishings. I should be getting paid by IKEA...

Multicolored Kitchen Rug: Kmart
I found a great deal of smaller items and wall art at Marshalls and local thrift stores.

I grew up in Westwood. Did a lot of traveling, bouncing around, job-taking that made my life too hectic to buy. I recently bought a triplex in Midcity, on the edge of K-town...so I know your neighborhood really well...especially since the wife is Korean. For those who are inquiring from out of State: It's a great night life neighborhood. Very walkable and pretty much a drinking and eating district at night. It's very congested with the car traffic but it also has great public transport and Uber. He is paying a market rent...and it looks like his building is Rent Control. if you are moving to LA, make sure you know what Rent Control is. I only ever lived in Rent Control when I was renting.

I LOVE how you did this video! You didn't do a lot of senseless talking throughout it or show unnecessary stuff like every item in drawers, cabinets or your fridge (bor-ing!). It was nicely done and your place is adorable!!
