Who is Banksy?
Banksy is an anonymous England-based street artist, vandal, political activist, and film director, active since the 1990s.
His satirical street art and subversive epigrams combine dark humour with graffiti executed in a distinctive stenciling technique.

Banksy displays his art on publicly visible surfaces such as walls and self-built physical prop pieces. Banksy no longer sells photographs or reproductions of his street graffiti, but his public "installations" are regularly resold, often even by removing the wall they were painted on.

I love how he includes different dimensions, like using the environment as part of the art, and childish drawings combined with very realistic illustrations. The way he crosses those boundaries creates a very strong impact. I like it when art bends your reality.

People who clammer on the identity of Banksy need to realize that part of the art is the hidden identity of the artist. There is a certain aura that comes along with being anonymous and the beauty of the work doesn’t change because you know who did it.

A friend of mine recently commit suicide Banksy was his favorite artist, his favorite piece was Butterflies Girl he even had it tattooed. I never knew about Banksy until him, I had seen pieces before but never knew they were his specifically, his expressions of art are beautiful very touching.
