Dutch Oven Venison Meatloaf

I had a 1 1/2 pounds of ground venison and decided to make a dutch oven meatloaf. It turned out great!!
Ingredients:
1-1 1/2 Pounds of ground meat (I used venison)
1 Medium onion chopped fine
1 Egg
1 Cup of bread crumbs (I used crackers because I didn't have bread)
1/4 Cup of ketchup
1 Tbsp mustard
1/2 Cup milk
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Mix ingredients
Bake at 350F or 176.6C for 1 hour
The Dutch Oven took 1 1/2 hours because of the fluctuating heat
