There's going to be planning, one way or another. Rome, you say? I don't think they lacked for planning.

@thdyoung True the planning will be spontaneous (property rights) or gov bureaucrats, the first is sustainable or best chance at it, the second is what we have and destruction-ism. Rome fell for the same reason, the belief in the gov order to central plan, doesn't work, we will see that as well.
