0:27 - I wouldn't put C++, Java and Python at the same level. C++ produce native binary which could run CPU instructions, Java produce an intermediary code (bytecode) that runs in a Java Virtual Machine, Python is interpreted on the fly by the Python Interpreter inside Python Virtual Machine.
