After your done setting up reshade do you just go into sims and put the preset into the bin file? I’m confused someone please help me with putting the preset in the game

It's telling me that no .fx files are found in the bin folder but they're there in the folder. program files/ea games/sims 4/game/bin.. I can see them. Help? Says it successfully downloaded reshade and I'm not getting any red error codes pop up. Just the no .fx files found. Your preset also cannot be found but it's in the bin folder.

Hi, excuse i have a question. when i install reshade in sims 4, there are always : "Error compiling some effect". I have already reinstalled reshade several times, tried a few different versions and replaced the reshade-shader with Gshade-shader but nothing. I very annoying because the presets don't working. Please help me 😓

Hi uhm I have a question, I’m new to reshade and when I installed it it said that there was an error in loading the presets or something? but when I deleted the “reshade-shaders” file, it worked again and there was no message like that again. What could I do to fix this?

Hi! I’m having the fail to compile error as well. I’ve followed your steps and still have it. I recently downloaded shaders and textures from Marty. These are the latest downloads, yet the failed to compile is still there. Any other tips?

Sigh.. I love this video so much.. I had reshade once but lately I can't find direct x 9 when trying to install reshade for sims 4. Sims 4 uses direct x 9 and no other. But now my laptop keeps showing direct x 10, 11 and 12. Its so frustrating and I dont know what else to do. Because no video on youtube is having my issue. Please is there anyway that i could get direct x 9?
