When I started learning photography many years ago superia 200 and 400 was my go to film as it was cheap and the lab sold me a roll every time I got my negatives and prints developed.

Photos looked amazing Chris! Loved the first one with the palm trees, I just wish the film wasn’t so dang expensive now! It use to be my favorite budget film stock but it’s now just about the same cost as portra which is making it really hard for me to pull the trigger on buying superia 🥴 anyways, thanks for the review!!! Keep me coming

I agree with Chris' comment below. For the Youtube censors I'd lose that poster in the background. Do you process your own film?
Thanks I enjoyed the video. I know you've shot with Yashica TLR's in the past, try and get a model 635. Dual mode 120 and 35mm.Make sure it has the adapter kit.

That is my favorite film. You can have all the expensive stuff, that right there is the bomb. The color is outstanding.

Lovely colours, nice and contrasty. And you get the fast speed for indoor shots too. Was considering Portra but you don’t get the cool retro colours with that film, it’s too flat. And Superia is cheaper.

One of our local photography stores still has Superia 400 3-packs for $11. I need to stock up! Love the seagull shot at 2:11

Great pics, especially the gulls. It's a bummer Superia got so expensive! Last year when I got back into film I was just buying packs at Walmart for cheap because it was easy to find. Luckily I still have a couple rolls in my fridge but now I'm going to be way more choosey how I use them up.

Good job on this it's funny that you posted this review today because a few hours ago I attempted to develop a roll of this only to realize my color chemicals were exhausted so I use black-and-white chemicals just to see what would happen but because I didn't know the correct times and temperatures it came out slightly overdeveloped but I was surprised how color film translates so well to black-and-white I never expected that I think my four pack was about $12 though so tell those haters to quit trying to rip you off LOL
