It's a guitar plugged into a pedal and then into the microphone plug on my laptop.
The pedal was either a boss ds-1 or the digitech death metal pedal. I can't remember what software i used back then, but now i use Mixcraft

I gave drop Db (drop C# on my online tuner) and used power chords, im teaching my friend the power chords and im doing the and g strings and we're both doing the bridge, we're ending out with the live version solo (by me) and my friends continues the bridge until the solo is just about over

in other words tune them all 1 fret lower except for the thick E string turn it 4 frets down

@DanneyManney Thanks for the tips, I apreciated your help. My main problem is muting the strings, the E string muted with my midle finger sounds like a harmonic, it's anoyying. I don't have a good chamera right now, but thanks anyway.
