I'm loving the G4500 using the Bridgelux diodes, I have 3 sf-1000's and they are 3 years running. I have a Mars Hydro FC-E3000 too (also Bridgelux diodes). The SE series with LM301B diodes needs a little more hight than the G series with Bridgelux diodes that need to be slightly closer to the canopy for a similar PPFD map. I have the UV/IR bars too, just got em last week. Pretty good light's when compared to commercial ones... and they have improved their diode placement over the past four years, improving the PPFD mapping of the newer fixtures.

You can definitely tell who this guys' sponsor is. You do not have to get a spider farmer light to get good results. Don't be sold the snake oil that it has to be a certain light. The plant doesn't know its a spider farmer light fixture.
