How ageism in the workforce is pushing out older people looking for jobs

It's no secret the pandemic changed the American workforce.

Many people re-evaluated their lives and chose not to return to the jobs they had before, while others were forced to leave companies that were struggling.

I imagine allot of people don't like being called young man or women by their 65 yearly employee. The real problem is why these elders need to find work in the first place. They society should be there to help those that put in their share.

Good.... These boomers bringing that 1996 skillset in 2024 and acting like they are the best employee ever. but but but "we have always done it this way", yea but we have computers now.
