New Delhi/ Mumbai: Rhea Chakraborty has been arrested in Mumbai by the Narcotics Control Bureau after three days of questioning in connection with drugs-related allegations in the Sushant Singh Rajput case. Kangana Ranaut is set to return to Mumbai from her hometown in Manali, Himachal Pradesh later today. The actor is at the centre of a heated political row with Maharashtra’s ruling Shiv Sena and its coalition partners over her remark comparing Mumbai to Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK).

Kangana Ranaut, who was recently given Y category security after she said she was being threatened, will land in Mumbai on Wednesday and will be guarded by 11 CRPF personnel.
A few minutes back, it was reported that the NCB is likely to arrest Rhea today. She is currently at the NCB office in Mumbai for the third round of interrogation.

Now according to the latest report by Times Now, Rhea has been taken into NCB custody. She will be taken for a medical test in some time. The procedure is under process. The officials might soon announce the same. She will not be produced before the court today. Have a look:

Earlier, her brother Showik Chakraborty was arrested by the NCB since a lot of Whatsapp chats showed drugs exchange. Apart from him, Samuel Miranda was also arrested.
Meanwhile, Rhea has also revealed names of several actors, directors and producers who are allegedly related to a drugs cartel to NCB. She even confessed that she had done drugs on the behest of Sushant.
On the other hand, Rhea has filed an official complaint against Sushant’s sisters Priyanka Singh and Meetu Singh for prescribing drugs to him without consultation. Rhea has accused Priyanka Singh, Dr Tarun Kumar of Delhi's Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital and others of forgery and preparing a "fake" prescription of medicines for anxiety for Sushant. The FIR filed by Rhea has been transferred to the CBI for further investigation.
