As an older trans man, I find this story relatable. I also had self awareness in early childhood but planned to never come out. The consequences of untreated gender dysphoria were devastating on my physical and mentally health. By age 30 I made the life affirming choice to transition. Kyler had some huge challenges in life, but I'm glad he pulled through them and survived long enough to start living his best life. I'm happy for him. I appreciate this video and look forward to sharing it.

Covid (I'd started T .Months months before), the convenience of masks literally, and transition and then "coming out" wth all those associated dysphoria/anticipated conversations, judgements..

Thank you for sharing. I'm in my 40s and came out around a year ago. Something that struck me is the "self made" aspect of being trans, which I'm better understanding and embracing. I lived in my head because it made sense and naturally leaning towards better understanding everything around me so I could eventually become myself without as much concern. PS - Yanti's song. ❤🎉
