This song rocked the late 50's and still rocks today

Must have played this nearly fifty times the day I bought it in 1958, nearly as many times as I played Heartbreak Hotel which was my very first 45rpm record, again in 1958 when I was sixteen. Remember the years, the songs, the singers(and the girls!!) as though it was yesterday. I’m now 77 and don’t regret a moment of it!

J'ai passé ce morceau à mes petits maternels.
Et nous avons passé un excellent moment de danse, et de rock'n'roll.
Un directeur d'accueil maternel périscolaire.

I don’t know how many times I played this record as a teen but, Gene was the KING as far as I was concerned, and even now, at the age of 80, he still makes me want to get up and jive around the kitchen. ❤️💕❤️💕❤️💕

Listening to this song. Takes me back to a certain time. The years was 2013. The monster was September. The date was the 9th. The time was 9:30 pm.

Me and my old friends were getting ready for our school show

Our dance schedule went as follows

Boys will dance to blue's way shoes and thie girls will dance to be bop a lula. The boys will then come sfrom behind the curtains and join in with the girls.
I am always brought back to those moments before the 2020's.

Hehe. Man. What a time to be alive, huh?
Everything that nkw is o, d and cracked. Was only recently opened or freshly painted
I sometimes miss the mid 2010's.

Hhh but one can never go back. No matter how hard they try. All they keft of a certain event *is a burning memory*

Still incredible. I grew up with this. They sure don't make 'm anymore. Only junk on the radio nowadays. But there's hope. The other day I was listening Billie Holiday and my grandson rushed in asking if I was playing Fallout New Vegas.
