Matt, made this for Thanksgiving and everyone said it was the BEST Mac & Cheese they had EVER eaten! We put it in the smoker for 30 minutes while the turkey was resting and it was over the top delicious! Thanks, Man!!

The condensed milk also stabilizes the cheeses and the dairy making it harder for the sauce to split on you. Thanks for these great recipes!!!

I always make my rice with chicken bouillon/broth/stock, but I've never thought about doing this for pasta. Great idea. Thanks!!!!

Three notes: 1.) Recipe is scrumptious!
2.) The written recipe doesn’t include the chicken bouillon in the cheese sauce for seasoning so keep that in mind if you’re following that one 3.) be very liberal with the condensed milk. 2 tbsp is almost too much even at a 1.5 recipe of Mac (I added 1.5 and could definitely tell the sweetness was there) especially since I had to come rewatch the recipe and noticed the bouillon could’ve definitely added some saltiness to counter the condensed milk that was missing from the printable recipe.

I've been thinking about this recipe for 3 weeks straight. I finally did it today, it's currently in the oven but I gave the sauce a taste and it was off the hook.
