Excellent video. I had previously just reinstalled Ledger live after a Windows re-install. I realised that I should not have to reset the device but was puzzled when my original accounts did not show up in Ledger Live. This video made clear what was going on.

One thing I perhaps could add is that I found that instead of manually re-adding the details of the original accounts, I found that I could restore these by copying the files from a back up of <User name>\AppData\Roaming\Ledger Live\ to the equivalent folder overwriting the files created by the Ledger Live install.
