Not just about the pension. They just trashed Blackrock.
Well done France.
Canada supports you.

This makes me so happy to see, coming from a 25 year old American, I wish I could stand with them and I hope to see something happen like this here soon! 🇺🇲 Enough of this worker class exploitation for the 1%'s profit and gain. POWER TO WE THE PEOPLE!!

Gotta love the French.
I remember watching them in the streets back in the 60s.
I admire their passion.

The French are the best protesters in the world. I have been following since the yellow vests.❤ Really proud of the blackrock stance.

The U.S. citizens can learn from this, these politicians should fear the people.

I hope the French win this fight. I stand by the French people 🇫🇷 unfortunately in the US, they keep raising the age of retirement higher and higher. They definitely don’t care if we die at work.

Its more than pension age issue. This battle must be won to show that tyranny and dictators are not allowed in our society. We are more than useful idiots working ourselves to death.

People being screwed over everywhere, it would seem.

Good for them. I see the sarcasm and slams in the comments about US vs France. But I think everyone would agree in the US we work ourselves to death. The laws benefit big Corp with the flawed trickle down effect and the toxic positivity of 'pull yourself up by your boot straps' is thoughtless and underscores the reluctance to understand people and their situations. Coming from a culture prolife (did you know capital punishment is also considered bad) and a Texas upbringing where misogyny is the only way, I know the game. It's fear of a lot of privileged folks selling many undereducated folks a magic serum thru fundamental conservative religion + the rich are God's people. So, good luck, French Millenials and GenZ.

As a Canadian, it's hard watching this.
France doesn't deserve a leader like Macron. It seems most countries will succumb to the desparity between the rich and poor, and the middle class will disappear. There is a growing discontent here on pm Trudeau and his liberal policies.
The government with its tax source, when becomes bigger than any private enterprise endeavor, will be ruinous to future productivity. Can't blame the frustration of the younger generation who see they have a bleak future. Always beware of lofty speeches by politicians.

I mean I can understand the anger. In indonesia the retirement is until 56. Especially the pension system in europe is kindda petty too, if ones retire early chances are they wont get full pension. My aunts colleage i.e. tho she suffer from hearth failure she still has to work until the retirements age in germany, she suffered a lot while working but she still has 3 years to go until the retirement. No one wanna spend their whole life working to death.

The whole economic system was fcked up anw. The class system has never been erased, they just named it differently

We around the Globe are watching.
We support the French citizens 💯!
We are completely appalled by the brutality of the French Militant Police, and the French government!
We will NEVER FORGET ❣️

What the heck do government do with all of our taxes? Surly if someone works 45 years of their adult life, enough money should be put aside for them to retire, rather than having to work well into old age.
Their whole system is corrupt.

I think nobody else in Europe is able to go to retirement at 64. On the other hand if people don't stand up, soon they would have retirement age at 70.
