Unbelievable. Harimoto plays like Harry Potter without magic wand.

Wang really seem invincible against Harimoto. He always had answers for Harimoto, and can go up another gear if required.

Harimoto was simply outclassed in this match. The audience defintely derives tremendous pleasure from the 3rd game, seeing Harimoto lose his precious game points and how calmly Wang clutched the game.

Damn, I love this sport, legends rises like Wang Chuqin like other who became legends in the last year like Ma Long or Xu Xin. The ITTF World Tour is so enjoyable.

Harimoto's is in a tricky situtation leading to the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. He will most definitely represent Japan in one of the singles spots. He's very talented and accomplished at his very young age. However, his current rate of improvement, I don't see him upsetting the Chinese for the gold. Even other young guns who will be his main competition in the coming years seem to be ahead of him at the moment (i.e., Wang Chu Qin and Lin Yun Ju). It all depends on what he does no until the Olympics. He may not win gold in the upcoming Olympics, but the future still looks bright for him. He has time on his side and with the right attitude, training, and high-level competitions, he might still be Japan's best ever.

Delicious match-up! But, boy, I swear Wang Chuqin hit so many balls that were so sweet that Harimoto never saw them. My goodness, it seems like Wang was more than ready for Harimoto, who at times seemed in despair. Wang has really done his homework. It was a massacre.

For the longest time i thought Harimoto will be the biggest threat to the chinese and has the best chance to win the olympics, but at the moment that's looking less and less likely. I think LYJ has the best chance right now since he is a much more complete player than Harimoto and a bigger threat than him to the chinese.

That's it. You don't need to scream to win against a screamer. That's how it should go.
