Essentials for Daily Life - Dormitory

Living in German dormitories, such as the 'Manfred-Börner-Wohnheim' or the 'Heilmeyersteige' can often be a challenge. Waste separation, washing clothes or making beds is often done differently in Germany as in other countries. International students can also get an insight into leisure activities that they can do in the dormitory.

As a part of the application subject “Interaktives Storytelling - Multimedia-Produktion”, a group of media informatics students at the University of Ulm have been shooting welcome films for international students in cooperation with the International Office.

Since these videos were recorded a few months ago, please pay attention to the current hygiene measures in the university and the surrounding city.
