here are 4 simple steps to fix crashing issue at the beginning of the game

I have a 4090 and the rest of my specs are modern to today’s standards (or beyond) and it still crashes. Terrible that you have to change default settings. Bad development

**WARNING CONTAINS POTENTIAL SPOILER**

My game was running fine for the first 6 hours with no crashes, ive just got to the tiger boss in chapter 2 and its now bricking it. This can happen before going into the arena or during, it has even happened in the menus? So I think this must be a bug as the game and hardware was working prior getting to this area in the game...

I have completed what you have suggested in your video while also checking the following:

- Driver & Windows Updates
- Verified Integrity of files
- Changed Graphical Settings
- Restarted PC & Game independently
- Set the games app "b1" to run as administrator when launched

I have had the thought to uninstall and reinstall the game, but, I would rather avoid that if possible.

As I can see others in the comments who have better hardware than I, I can imagine this is a small bug that needs to be ironed out down the line. I will wait for an update. However, if any one else knows what could fix this please let me know :)

sad that they didnt realice the issue and provided a fix right away. instead we have to be frustated and seach in the internet for ourselfs. just bad designed sequenz because it has to load so much at once even with an extremely good graficscard. thanks for the help tho

bro im so confused, i have 30 hours in steam black myuth wukong, and now, past the 30 hours with the graphics in high and 110 fps, the game is crashing at random times, i dont get itm it was working fine, why suddenly it started crashing?

I just uninstalled and re installed. I wish I would have saw this before I did that 😂.. ima do it when it gets done downloading.

I get the d3d12 error after a windoes udpate now... its set in low resolution and everything still crashes after 1-2 hrs or less time of game

I have a 4070 with a core i9 and my game keeps crashing. Even when I’m on low graphics.

I have a 4060 and i5 12600kf, 20+ hours on black myth wukong ( high, 110 fps) sometimes it crash the game with D3D12 device crash has been detected.I uninstall the graphics driver and install that again.But it still happened, does anyone in this situation?
