What I'd recommend for learning (not only from tutorials, but in general) is to turn off your fucking phone. Or atleast disable notifications and throw it in the other room. Also disable notifications/distractions on the PC you're working. Then try the Pomodoro Technique. The time limit will really trick your brain into focusing on what you're doing instead of thinking about some dumb shit. I usually do 50/10 instead of 25/5. Also write notes.

It would be super helpful if you made a video to show the roadmap, or path to follow in order to learn Android app dev. It is really hard to pick up information and filter it properly with so much tutorials, books and courses on the internet.
