I started doing ketamine infusion therapy this week and it's suggested we listen to music. I decided to listen to your guided meditations. It was a very surreal experience. Almost magical.. I'm hoping to heal and overcome my depression, anxiety and other barriers that are keeping me from living my full potential.
You are by far my favorite when it comes to guided meditations.
This meditation was the first meditation I listened to when I starred ketamine therapy. I could feel the light, see the light. I was floating. Very different compared to when I listen before bed or while I sleep..
I have more videos saved to listen to for the remainder of my treatments.

Thank you Alice. I needed this. My little Cat named Stevia died yesterday and I needed some Positive Energy. She was only 10 years old. I don't know what the Universe has planned but the year is only half gone and already, I've had 5 losses:my mother, my job, a close friend who was Iike a brother to me and 2 Cats a month apart Kitsune, my little boy and Stevia, my little girl. I cannot take another loss. I need positivity because I'm almost to the breaking point. Of course, knowing who my TwinFlame is and not having him in my life currently doesn't help matters.
