SwiftUI Tutorial: Core Concepts: Custom Modifiers - Part 4: Offsetting Views Relative to Themselves

In this episode we're going to implement a ViewModifier that allows you to offset something relative to itself. It's a very powerful yet simple custom modifier that's going to allow you to do things that wouldn't be possible without it!

We also explore the side-effects of the order of view rendering, and deal with animating multiple views sharing the same animation state.
