What I learned in the Law of Obligation and Comtract. Our instructor discussed the rules or the obligation /rights. I have also memorized articles like Articles of 1156 which means Civil Code of the Philippines R. A 386.I learned the Requisities of Obligation and General Provision of Articles of 1157.As of working student, I learned in Articles 1156 of QUASI-CONTRACT process of SOLUTIO INDEBITI because Im a Salesboy in AUTO SUPPLY is to return the payment of customer if they too much money paid. Law on Obligations and Contracts
In this lesson, I learned that Law on Obligations and Contracts pertains to the relevant articles of law governing the obligations and contracts. These articles can be found on the Civil Code of the Philippines also called as the Republic Act No. 386. In this source, Article 1156 tackles about the Obligation which shows that Obligation means juridical necessity which says that if the debtor refuses to perform the obligation, creditor will then demand on the court to be able for the debtor to fulfill his /her obligations. I also learned that obligation have two kinds which is the real obligation and personal obligation. Real obligation is the obligation to give while the personal obligation is the obligation to do or not to do. It doesn't defined the "obligation not to give" simply because the obligation to not to give is similar to the obligation to not to do.

LAW ON OBLIGATIONS AND CONTRACTS

In this lesson, I've learned that obligation is a juridical necessity to give, to do or not to do according to Article 1156 in the new Civil Code of the Philippines and there are 2 parties in an obligation which is the debtor who is obliged to perform the obligation and the creditor who has the right to demand performance of the obligation. There are also 4 Requisites of Obligation/Essential Elements of an Obligation. Without one of them, you can't call or tell it as a obligation. And lastly, The obligation in Article 1156 is a civil obligation not a natural obligation. Thank you sir. Godbless!

So for me, I've learned a lot of things or thoughts about Law on Obligations and Contract, it is the study of relevant articles of law then it has a source that helps you to determined the Civil Code of the Philippines which is Rep. Act No. 386 .Then, for Obligation it's a juridical necessity and it means a court that you may asked for help in order to perform an obligation. Also, i learned about the civil code of the philippines that was approved on June 18, 1949 but it took an effect on August 30, 1950 and it's based on the civil code of Spain which took effect on December 7, 1889.
