OBLICON LECTURE - PART 2 GENERAL PROVISIONS (OBLIGATIONS)

This second part of module 2 covers Articles 1158-1162 of the New Civil Code of the Philippines pertaining to the general provisions governing obligations. Different sources of obligations such as law, contracts, quasi-contracts, acts and omissions punished by law and quasi-delicts were discussed and differentiated in this lecture.
