3 Pros of Digital Inking

If you’re a traditional artist, I totally get the love for pen and paper. But here are my three reasons why I’ve fully embraced digital inking:

1️⃣ Undo & Layers
This one's a no-brainer. I can’t give up the ability to undo and work in layers! Whenever I try inking traditionally, I feel like I’m working with my hands tied because I miss the freedom to make and fix mistakes easily.

2️⃣ No Mess
No time for clean-up! Sometimes I just want to get a quick drawing in, and digital makes that so much easier. I can just grab my iPad, sketch, and be done—no washing brushes, no cleaning the workspace. Close the iPad and boom, back to life.

3️⃣ Portability
With digital inking, everything’s in one place. I can throw my iPad in my backpack and have all my tools and brushes with me wherever I go. It’s like having a whole studio in my hands.

If you're looking for more convenience with your art, digital might just be the way to go! 😉

That's why I'm also sticking with digital art for now. I don't want to go further down the rabbit hole of buying a ton more supplies, then having to organize and maintain them.

Hello ! I find it harder to draw on my iPad than traditionally, it feels like my lines arent as sharp and clean… do you have any tips? Thanks a lot
