This entire quest was so wholesome not only did we see Gouba acting so cute but we got to visit all the Liyue characters it’s like this quest was about all the friends we made in Liyue and about the history of Liyue too. It sparked my love for Genshin again.

I feel like Guoba, aside from being the Stove God, is a symbol of unconditional love for humanity. He'd already done so much and even go as far as sacrificing one's self for the well-being of Liyue's people. The way Guoba interacts with the other adepti implies that although his memories have long been washed away, his compassion still remains in the passage of time.

I also appreciate how the event highlights the importance of food in our society. Whether it was to appease the palate of an upper-class, to make it more suitable to digest, or to stave off hunger during a long journey out at sea, cooking has always evolved alongside human progress both in practical and cultural aspects.

I love how Mihoyo tell the story, and there is a lot of hidden messages in this one. You can see all the adeptis and even Madame Ping when she is still young. Look at the young woman wielding polearm and the cleansing bell on her waist. This is beautifully crafted lore. Thank you.

It's sad to know Guoba sacrifice his Adeptal power because he loves humanity and will do anything to protect them. But at the same time, I'm happy that now Liyue has become everything he wishes for : prosper and peaceful.

Now he deserved the rest and become as carefree as he want. Evwn better, he got a life long companion Xiangling.
