There are 4 courses
Mathematical analysis and approaches SL

Number and algebra, functions, geometry and trigonometry, calculus

Mathematical analysis and approaches HL

Binomial theorem, partial fractions, L hospital rule

Mathematical applications and interpretation SL

Correlation coefficient, equation of perpendicular bisector, system of equations

Mathematical applications and interpretation HL

Log and exponent laws, eigenvalues and eigenvectors, complex numbers

Hello. I would like to know about why AI HL is seen as Maths for jobs that won't use Maths. I am thinking of doing something between Chemistry and Biology. For Chemistry there would definetly be some Maths. I am pretty sure AI HL would be helpful for that as well as AA isn't that correct as the name is Applications and Interpretations. AI SL may be a bit weaker for many courses but I beleive AI HL is still good and would be the 2nd most difficult Math after AA HL.
