Garlic Shrimp Udon Noodles #shorts

Ingredients:
* Udon noodles from @yutakaeats
* 1/2 small cabbage, thinly sliced
* 4 spring onions, chopped
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
* 2 tablespoons sesame oil
* 3 tablespoons soy sauce (adjust to taste)
Instructions:
* Cook Udon Noodles: Boil udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
* Prepare Vegetables: Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and the white parts of the spring onions. Sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
* Add Shrimp: Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the pan. Cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside.
* Sauté Cabbage: In the same pan, add sliced cabbage to the remaining garlic and onion mixture. Sauté until the cabbage is slightly wilted but still has a crunch.
* Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked udon noodles and cooked shrimp back into the pan with the cabbage. Toss everything together until well combined.
* Season: Pour soy sauce over the noodles and toss to coat evenly. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
* Garnish and Serve: Garnish the dish with the green parts of the spring onions. Toss once more and then serve immediately.

Why garlic shrimp udon noodles are so delicious?😍😋 For this recipe I tried the Udon Noodles from Kano, it’s a thick Japanese wheat noodles that is versatile and simple, great in soups and stir fries. I love the fact that it was made in Japan and it cooks in only 1 minute!
