Calculate The Kinetic Energy of a Speeding Car

In this video we explore the result of work being done on a car which is initially at rest. The car will accelerate forward and we will calculate the final velocity of the car. Rather than using Newton's second law and kinematics we instead will use energy methods to solve for the final velocity. Specifically we will look at the mechanical work done on the car and set it equal to the final kinetic energy of the car.
