How to Remove Header in Google Docs

This is a short video on how to remove or delete the header margin from google docs. Go to 'File' menu, then click 'Page Setup' and then set the top margin measurement to '0'. The white space at the top of the Google docs page previously allotted to the header should be now deleted.

This video did not explain how to remove the header from Google Docs properly. There is a "hidden" header sent to the printer with the date, time, and file name which still prints... I think this might be an Android or Apple OS issue. I still do not know how to get rid of it, short of cutting off the top of my printed paper.
