Go back 1 side of the wall from where he is trying to jump (it’s a very hard jump imo) there is a hole there in the wall
I believe there are two basket enemy’s that you can see it’s behind a broken wall there’s a message that says ruin ahead across from it

Just on the right side of where he jumps up, there's a hole in the wall at ground level where you can just walk in. If anyone else is having trouble with this abysmal bit of platforming, just use that.

Also, there's a Horned Warrior just before the chest. Spec your build accordingly(I recommend Guard Counter).
