This mother is ridiculous, the entitlement to think you can murder someone due to a PERSONAL inconvenience (not wanting to live in Tallahassee) is disgusting.
I won’t be surprised if her children don’t want a relationship with her when they’re adults.

This case is especially heartbreaking because those two babies didn't just lose their father, they lost their whole family. Imagine growing up not just without a dad, but also knowing the reason dad isn't there is the evil actions of your mom, grandparents, uncle, everybody. I hope and pray that they are kept safe and get to grow up with a loving adoptive family that takes good care of them.

“I very rarely say in the courtroom as a defence lawyer….Charlie is innocent”
HE’S PAYING YOU TO SAY HE’S INNOCENT THAT’S WHAT DEFENCE LAWYERS DOOOO BROOOO

Blonde prosecution lawyer cross examining Wendy is the level of apathy, politeness, and snark I strive to embody on the daily. She's a savage.

I love how Boze said "and for you guys who are drawing, cooking, and doing something else, let me repeat it to you" I was doing my accounting assignment. STAPHHH SHE KNOWS US SO WELL

Mom just got arrested!! She was at the airport with her husband, each with a one way ticket to Vietnam. Law enforcement asserts they were trying to flee the country.

For me, it’s the badmouthing of the dad by the maternal grandparents to his own kids that gets me. I hope the kids will get to meet and grow a relationship with their other grandparents and hear good things about their dad. From interviews, they seem like good loving people.

The mother is completely emotionless. You can tell she doesn’t care and isn’t taking any of this seriously. What a monster to take her children’s father away from them for her own selfish reasons and now because of her their children now have to go through life without a mother or father.

When she started explaining how he was alive but unresponsive and moaning was the exact thing my family and I experienced and heard the day my brother was also murdered in broad daylight outside our home. And the man looking like he feels bad boils my blood because we can all tell he is NOT sorry.

That is not a mother. She does not want children, she wants her property. No mother would put there children through the trauma of the DEATH of a parent just because they want custody of their kids. That is the most selfish person I have ever seen.

Defense attorneys should use Wendy Adelsons testimony to teach guilty people how to testify.

Her doe-eyed manner and her ability to deliver oblivious helpful-sounding answers while evading the questions is a thing to behold. No way she didn’t know. Unreasonable to believe that she doesn’t know now.

I can't get past the catalyst of this case. Just because one parent didn't want to follow the custody agreement, they decided to take out the parent, traumatizing the kids they claimed they wanted the best for. Make it make sense! I absolutely adore this prosecutor. She's ruthless and passionate like Julie but she's got William's calm and gift of storytelling. She raked these clowns over the coals and I hope Charlie is the first one to go to prison, not the only one.

The fact that the defense is really trying to act like this man's girlfriend and her ex should be convicted for the murder of someone they don't know, but that he was somehow not involved at all is just absolutely insane. I hope the victim's ex-wife and mother in law get convicted too.
EDIT: THEY JUST ARRESTED THE MOTHER-IN-LAW TRYING TO ESCAPE TO VIETNAM !!!

My dad is a cellular data engineer. He's been subpoenaed for cellphone triangulation data in a few serious criminal investigations. Even if you don't have location data on, your rough location can be found by how your phone interacts with nearby cell towers. It's the nature of how cell data and reception is.

The defense attorney said "The prosecution doesn't have anything linking the shooters with my client."
Except that, THEY DID. They had CELL PHONE records and they had CASH that came out of THIN AIR for the shooters and they had MOTIVE.

This is so eerie to me. When I was 5 and my brother was three, my parents divorced and it was so nasty, and our situation was basically like a mirrored version of this. And we were in Florida too! And my mom and step dad were trying to move north for work, but my dad wasn’t having it. He just didn’t want to drive to make the situation work, even when offered to split the driving 50 fifty. Our dad was the issue in our case, but it’s so freaky to hear this fractured fairytale version of my life that ended in death. At the end of the day, the kids end up being used as tools to hurt eachother, and being the middle man just because I was born has shaped me everyday. I can only imagine that these kids will grow up, learn the truth and blame themselves.

I remember watching this Snapped episode and Wendi went as far as changing her son’s middle names because they were names of Dan Markel’s relative. That is so sick because not only did orchestrate the plan to kill him but she then used her family to whitewash the father out of the kids lives. Family of sociopaths
