I am currently working on designing a mod which adapts linear ball bearings for these pedals. To accommodate the bearings I need to remove the material that is located close to the metal rods were the pedals slide. I have not had a look yet but do you think the pedals would be sturdy enough with the rods only being fitted in their edges?

Dude! make a kit and sell it online, I know I would buy it. I don't have a 3D printer or know anyone anymore who has one to make this but I do know this would sell. Even make a 3D printed base off the measurements of your wood stand. Or would you be willing to take commission to have this made? If so how much would you charge?

Thanks man, the 3D print worked beautifully. By the way, did you have to upgrade the spring too?

Since torque = force*distance, I found that I had to increase the spring strength, else the original spring would be too weak to return the pedals to neutral. I also had to slather it in lubricant for this reason as well.

yeh these rudder pedals looked small to me same as VKB and VIPRIAL also i mean i got a set of TRPs so i'm looking up mods :3

Why not screwing a wider plate on the footplate to double the width of it ?

You guys in the comments, you don't NEED a 3D-printer, just drill straight holes through a small block of wood. Done. Extentions? A strip of plywood. Done.
