She didn't even squawk when she took a blood drop from her toe. I'm 65 years old and I'd have flinched and said ouch. 😂

I'll tell you who did 'so good!' was THAT NURSE!!! That is adorable, and she's terrific! She wasn't just making things up -- she was interacting with the child's expressions. I wouldn't be surprised if she'd heard so much of that babbling that she understood what she was saying!

I work in ENT (Ears, nose, and throat), and we see a lot of pediatric patients. I treat them all like this nurse does, including newborns. It cost us nothing to be kind and courteous ❤
